IQ Tests afore yer allowed bairns

In the present financial mire we find oorselves in,wi'10's of millions unemployed (ignore the pish succesive governments have spewed),at a time when ye need a degree tae serve burgers...can we afford the millions of less intelligent folk.I honestly dinnae see what bluidy guid some of them are,or ever will be...So an honest question...should IQ come intae account afore ye can start a family...the status quo cannae continue!

I'm no saying i would have qualified either...ma education was obsolete ...I got taught Imperial measurements ..left the school and the bastards changed tae metric ffs!
